We know our teams work better when they’ve got a range of different skills and opinions. That’s why, here at The PSC, we avoid a one-size-fits-all approach to development.
We offer an exciting and stretching development programme. Our core curriculum of in-house training courses and workshops is balanced by plenty of scope for self-directed learning.
Everyone at The PSC has a career manager: that’s a senior colleague who you work with regularly to design a development programme which meets your needs. If there’s a training opportunity you want to pursue, or a conference you’d like to attend, then they’ll work with you to see how we can make it happen.
We view consulting as an ongoing apprenticeship. So, much of our learning happens every day, in practice, on project. That’s why we place such an importance on learning from each other - whether it’s whole-company away days, ongoing coaching and mentoring, group reflections, formal feedback reviews, or just an informal chat over a coffee.
Your development programme? We’ll build it together.
