Dan joined The PSC in 2021, after working at a think tank focused on improving government effectiveness. After developing his knowledge of the public sector in this role, he chose The PSC because it enabled him to pursue his motivation to make tangible and positive changes to the services which we all rely on.

Dan brings a rigorous and thoughtful approach to problem solving. In his time at The PSC to date, he has worked in the transformation team, providing organisations with project management support to improve mental health services. Highlights include:

• Engaging with service-users to help improve the accessibility of physical health checks for people with mental illness
• Supporting the launch of an innovative, region-wide procurement framework which will help reduce waiting lists for mental health services

Outside work, Dan enjoys playing tennis, listening to podcasts, and touring London's outdoor swimming pools.
