Ethan is a thoughtful individual who is known around the office for his personable interactions. As such, he enjoys forming connections on a project by having meaningful conversations.

The PSC was a natural fit for Ethan because he has always had aspirations of working with public services and is committed to helping make public services brilliant.

Ethan particularly enjoys getting into the depths of a project, understanding systems and experiences, and thinking about solutions. With an undergraduate degree in Economics and Management, he values structured thinking and rigorous analysis. Ethan is a team player, who contributes by completing a range of activities, from financial modelling to user research and business analysis.

Outside of the office, you can find Ethan cooking, or socialising with friends. Having moved to London from Leeds to begin working at The PSC, Ethan enjoys exploring everything that the city has to offer.
