Associate Partner
Elanor leads on major programmes within our Strategy practice at The PSC and is particularly passionate about the power of digital strategy and transformation to deliver benefits for patients and the public.
As an accredited Quality Improvement Coach leveraging over a decade of experience working across consultancy, the NHS and the third sector, Elanor thrives in complex, political stakeholder landscapes where she is able to bring together and advise different organisations and teams to deliver impactful change.
Elanor has worked with all levels of the NHS from GP practices, PCNs and places to ICSs, collaboratives and national regulators, and was personally requested to lead on work for the NHS England National COVID Response Team working at the forefront of the rapid transformation of NHS services to meet the pressure of the pandemic.
Recent highlights include:
- Developing the successful business case for the London Sub-National Secure Data Environment, securing £3.6M of funding in FY 22/23 alone and establishing the new London programme to develop the technical infrastructure and service offer
- Designing and writing the North East London System Development Plan for NHSEI, requiring matrix working across all system partners including local authorities, providers, primary care and VCSE colleagues
- Building a new Strategy and System Transformation Directorate for North East London ICB bringing together ~35 individuals from across teams who had never worked together before and delivering a 6 month development plan, focussed on psychological safety and the core attributes of high performing teams, which led to the directorate achieving the highest NHS survey results in the organisation and significantly out-performing the national average
Before joining The PSC, Elanor worked in senior roles in the NHS, including leading North East London's transition from CCG to ICS where she acquired expertise in ICB policy and system working.
