Ellie specialises in Strategy at The PSC, particularly, driving business case development across public services, bringing together multi-disciplinary teams in service redesign, and strategic financial improvement planning.

She is known for building consensus working with a complex range of stakeholders and organisations to design services to meet user needs and support effective decision-making. She brings a thoughtful problem-solving approach combined with analytical rigour to work across education and healthcare. Her project highlights include:

• End to end business case development and clinical model design for a £600m hospital redevelopment, as part of the government’s New Hospital Programme
• Leading medium-term strategic financial planning for a large Trust, including engaging with partners to build ownership of a common system narrative and enable clinical strategy delivery
• Appraising a new campus opportunity for a HE institution in partnership with a Local Authority and a Further Education College
• Design and development of a clinical service review process including options appraisal for maternity services at a multi-site Trust
