Tom has a professional background extending across frontline healthcare and health policy. He  employs a thoughtful, diligent and practical approach to designing and improving public services.

Before joining The PSC in 2024, Tom worked as a doctor in the NHS, with firsthand experience across acute medicine, surgery and psychiatric settings.

His clinical experience, coupled with a Master’s degree in International Health Policy, left him eager to work on improving public services, and The PSC was the ideal place to do just that. His experience in Medicine gives him real insight in to the challenges and opportunities public services face.

His recent project experience at The PSC includes:

• Collaborating with a large healthcare organisation to develop a strategy for their digital offering over the next decade.
• Supporting the delivery of a nationwide strategy to improve the quality of care provision in inpatient mental health wards.

Outside of the office, Tom enjoys evenings at the opera, countryside walks, and Jui Jitsu.
