Jamie is known at The PSC for his positive and proactive approach to whatever is thrown at him. He joined us in early 2023 and brings a wide range of experience with him, having previously held roles with NHS Improvement, a Clinical Comissioning Group/ Integrated Care Board and in a big four firm’s public sector restructuring team.

His favourite projects are those that involve working with broad, multi-disciplinary teams. Some examples include:

• Working with leads across an NHS system to develop a critical path to Net Zero and their first NHS Green Plan
• Working with primary and secondary care to design and improve end-to-end patient pathways
• Supporting a large acute hospital on its operational response to COVID-19 and winter pressures, including project managing the establishment of additional inpatient capacity
• Representing the NHS as part of the multi-agency team that mobilised vaccine centre’s across Hertfordshire

Outside of the office Jamie enjoys cycling with his local club (summer months only!) and spending time in the countryside near his hometown of Hitchin. He is also the Chair of Governors at one of his local primary schools.
