Joe leads within our healthcare built environment advisory, part of our Strategy practice at the PSC. Joe specialises in capital business case development, clinical service review and configuration projects, and strategic clinical and estates planning.

Joe has supported NHS Trusts and Systems across the UK to design and deliver capital programmes rooted in the needs of local populations and the future models of care required to meet them.

Recent highlights include:

• Ongoing support to several current New Hospital Schemes including reconfiguration proposals, business case advice and authorship, clinical model development, and healthplanning
• Leading the development of a phased, flexible development plan, case for change, options appraisal, healthplanning  & design development for a key community hospital belonging to an acute Trust
• Delivering a strategic estates “Blueprint” for Plymouth, prioritising investment in the estate aligned to future population needs
• Supporting an NHS Trust in to configure its maternity services strategically to meet the needs of the future population in the region

Outside of work Joe is a keen marathon runner and sports fan, with a particular love of football. He is also an avid reader with an interest in photography.
