Katie is known at The PSC for her creativity and love of primary research. She previously worked in Insight and as an Innovation Manager for a leading UK children’s charity, and is now a dedicated member of The PSC’s digital unit.

Her favourite projects are those that get to the heart of the needs of citizens, patients, and civil servants. Her portfolio includes:

• Leading the private beta for a new space surveillance and tracking service with the UK Space Agency
• Leading a national research piece on High Intensity Users of emergency services for the British Red Cross
• Leading a Discovery across six countries to improve international teacher recruitment

Outside of the office you will find Katie at a sewing machine, a hardware shop, or roaming the streets of London in search of a decent vegan cheese alternative.
