Lucy Bayliss
Associate Consultant
In her work at The PSC, Lucy enjoys drawing on her communication and facilitation skills to engage with diverse groups of stakeholders and support a collaborative, holistic approach to problem-solving and service improvement. She has a keen eye for detail and loves digging into the challenges and opportunities raised by clients and stakeholders in order to help them find the best way forward.
Her work at The PSC has included supporting an Integrated Care System to develop a long-term vision for learning disability services, and supporting the implementation of a cross-service All Age Autism Strategy and the development of a new needs-led model for children and young people’s neurodiversity support and services. These projects reflect Lucy’s interest in tackling social and health inequalities and supporting system-wide collaboration to maximise the impact for service users.
Prior to joining The PSC, Lucy was involved in education, community engagement and youth work. This helped to inspire her belief in the power of community-led change and her particular passion for supporting co-production work and engagement with individuals with lived experience within projects to ensure that public services can work with and focusing on meeting the needs of the cohorts they were built to serve.
When not in the office, Lucy can be found doing lengths in the pool, exploring the parks of London or trying out a new recipe.
