Sesha brings a rigorous analytical approach to problem solving and an eye for detail to all her projects. Curious, thoughtful, and creative she's passionate about the PSC's mission to make public services brilliant and brings this enthusiasm to her teams and projects.

With a background in the sciences and experience in research and stakeholder management she's interested in understanding the processes and experiences at the heart of the project and combining this understanding with data insights to construct solutions.

Since joining the PSC in 2022 her experience includes working with a NHS Foundation Trust to formulate and assess development options for a community hospital site, including the development of a funding strategy.

When not at work you'll find Sesha at the climbing wall, on the handball court, or with her latest sewing project.
