With a background in project management, customer relationship management and consultancy in the not-for-profit sector, Oksana joined The PSC as Resourcing Manager to support the company’s ongoing growth.

She joined because of The PSC's mission to make public services brilliant, having always worked for organisations that deliver meaningful work for good causes and public impact, especially because this work brings like-minded and passionate individuals together.

For Oksana, resourcing successful projects means being an enabler for client and internal teams. Her goal has always been to help people make their work easier, whether through better processes, development and training or tools and technology.

Oksana enjoys the fact that her role brings her into contact with everyone at The PSC, and the challenge of problem solving and bringing three core parts of the company puzzle together – the client needs, the company needs and the individual needs.

Outside of work, Oksana can be found doing bootcamp at a local park, sampling English wines at a Kent vineyard or cooking a Sunday roast for family and friends.
