
Sanika Sheth
Associate Consultant
Sanika brings a data-driven and collaborative approach to her work, drawing on her MSc in Management from London Business School and her experience delivering cross-sector research projects across the UK public sector. She is motivated by projects that create measurable impact for users and ensure that public services are both accessible and deliver lasting value.
With a background in engineering and experience in data analysis and stakeholder management, she approaches projects with curiosity and a focus on extracting valuable insights.
Her work at The PSC has included:
- Conducting desk research and quantitative modelling to evaluate the environmental impact of the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Co-designing an evaluation framework to measure the impact of an NHS Leadership Development Programme.
- Leading user research with the UK Space Agency to inform the development of space sustainability and tracking services.
Outside of work, Sanika enjoys exploring London's markets, discovering new restaurants, and unwinding with a good film.
