Tali is known at The PSC for her thoughtful approach to problem solving and drive to learn. Across projects, she aims to bring people, process and problem together to enable effective decision making. She is passionate about creating supportive teams, where people are able to bring their best.

Tali has worked on digital and strategy projects and has a particular interest in the intersection between the two. Her portfolio includes:

• Programme management for Trusts on a complex pathology transformation programme
• Delivering a mobilsation review for a large LHCRE programme, assessing progress and identifying areas for development
• Development of a strategic digital roadmap for an end-of-life care planning tool
