Joshua brings a background in research, data and strategic operations to his work at The PSC, with experience spanning management consulting, government policy research and large-scale project delivery across West Africa and the UK.

Before joining, he led research informing policy decisions affecting millions of citizens and ran a PMO managing a portfolio of over 30 technology projects. He is motivated by solving complex problems and creating impact at scale, and found in The PSC a place where both come together in service of people who actually need it.

He holds an MPhil in International Relations from Kazan Federal University and a BA in Sociology and Russian from the University of Ghana.

Outside of work, Joshua is an enthusiastic Liverpool FC supporter and is on the lookout for a chorale choir to join.
