"Major programmes succeed or fail in the delivery. We work as part of your team, not at arm's length, finding the operational gains that make the difference and helping you hold them long after we've gone."
- Elanor Bond, Associate Partner
THE CHALLENGE
Transformation under pressure
When an organisation is in crisis, or facing complex change across several bodies at once, the usual improvement levers aren't enough. Leaders need capacity at pace, an honest diagnosis of what's really driving failure, and a way to bring many stakeholders behind a single plan. They also need staff to feel safe enough to speak up, because the people closest to the problem usually hold the answer.
