THE CHALLENGE

System-wide resource optimisation

Acute care now accounts for more than half of the NHS budget, yet productivity remains below pre-pandemic levels. Leaders face competing demands: cut costs, reduce waiting times, and shift care closer to home: All without compromising quality.

These challenges don't exist in isolation. System partners must collaborate, share resources, and agree funding flows, often without clear structures or mandates to guide them.

OUR IMPACT

Delivering measurable improvements

We’ve supported over 20 hospital systems to improve Urgent & Emergency Care, Discharge Performance and Admission Avoidance and we’ve been nationally recognised for our work by NHS England and as winners at the HSJ Awards.

"There has been a significant shift in the empathy of partners across the system, having walked a mile in each other’s shoes, there is a better understanding of the challenges each organisation faces and how we can better mobilise solutions to better benefit outcomes for people."
