Joe is a senior manager at The PSC who has led client teams to deliver award-nominated improvements in performance. 

Since joining The PSC in 2020, Joe has supported various NHS organisations design and deliver transformational change. Project highlights include: 

• Leading an award-nominated discharge transformation programme which saw a 70% reduction in no criteria to reside position at a large acute trust. 
• Working with two Integrated Care Systems to improve the provision of annual health checks for people living with severe mental illness – with over 100% more people receiving a health check as a result. 

Joe also has experience supporting clients to address financial challenges, including: 

• Running a financial efficiency programme for a community provider which identified ~£7m of recurrent savings. 
• Supporting an Integrated Care System to navigate financial flows in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. 

Outside of work Joe holds a pilot’s license and can often be found in the sky.
