Fiona is known at The PSC for her calm, pragmatic and friendly approach to problem solving – no matter how complex the project! From an academic background, she brings a rigorous, evidence-based approach to decision making, and is passionate about ensuring we keep the needs and experiences of service users at the forefront of our work.

She chose to join The PSC as she felt the company mission aligned well to her personal values. Her experience spans across digital, strategy and transformation projects, with highlights including:

Designing a new space surveillance and tracking service with the UK Space Agency
Supporting leaders across an Integrated Care Partnership to decide their transformation priorities, to best deliver impact for at-risk populations
Working with an NHS Trust to improve the number of patients accessing same day emergency care – with over 50% more patients being seen by the service as a result

Outside of the office you’ll likely find Fiona doing something active - she can frequently be found running and cycling her way around London and beyond.
