With an academic and professional background in social research, Josh is passionate about employing a data- and evidence-led approach to designing and improving public services. His time working in central government enthused him to continue delivering high-value change in the public sector, and he joined The PSC in 2021 as the perfect place to do just that!

Holding a Master's degree in Environmental Policy, he's also a core member of our sustainability team - working both within The PSC and with our clients to accelerate the transition to a sustainable, low-carbon future.

His recent project experience at The PSC includes:

• Supporting a large NHS Trust to develop a clear and practical strategy for improving services through the use of digital technologies
• Developing a new clinical strategy for an NHS Trust, providing a framework for transitioning to new models of care which emphasise preventative care close-to-home and in the community
• Mobilising a large financial improvement programme to find £26m of savings for a struggling NHS Trust

At the end of the working day, Josh likes to spend his time playing 5-a-side football and tries to see as much live music as he can.
