Mark has spent the last 10 years working in digital and honed his skills in product management at Government Digital Service. Using practical experience, he keeps the user front of mind while understanding how that fits in with technology choices and organisational capability.

Working at The PSC aligns with his motivation to create digital services that provide better online experiences for people, improving the relationship between citizen and state. Recent experience in this includes:

• Building a space surveillance and tracking service with the UK Space Agency
• Product managing the GOV.UK PaaS cloud hosting platform
• Consulting on the Department for Transport Blue Badge service transformation

Outside The PSC, Mark will either be working on some home improvement projects, playing or spectating football, attempting to scale a wall (badly) at the climbing centre or indulging in a craft beer.
