Known for his emotional intelligence and his ability to grasp complex problems quickly, Matthew always enjoys working closely with his colleagues to come up with innovative solutions that create tangible results. Initially joining The PSC as an intern in 2022, Matthew was encouraged to join full-time after being inspired by the collective passion for public services amongst his colleagues. In his time at The PSC, Matthew has worked on:

• Designing a digital service that tracks the positions and movements of UK licensed satellites
• Modelling the economic benefits of digital solutions for supporting discharge
• Developing a new approach to mental health crisis intervention to reduce admissions to A&E

Outside of work, Matthew loves to stay active, and you’ll most likely find him playing football or planning his next hiking trip to the Lake District.
