Hailey has a professional background spanning frontline nursing, service improvement, and public health across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. A former senior nurse, she brings NHS experience from acute inpatient settings through to integrated community services, with a particular focus on admission avoidance and bringing care closer to home.

Before joining The PSC, Hailey worked across district nursing, urgent community response, and high-dependency inpatient care, leading quality improvement initiatives and supporting multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and efficiency. Her clinical experience is complemented by an MSc in Public Health, with a focus on health economics and cost-effectiveness, which has shaped her interest in designing sustainable, high-value public services.

Hailey is motivated by improving how public services work for people and communities, and brings a thoughtful, analytical, and practical approach to service transformation.
