Graduate applications for 2020-21 will open in September 2020.
We pride ourselves on recruiting exceptional graduate Junior Consultants who develop very quickly with us.
Junior Consultants are a key part of our team and you can expect to get stuck in to a client-facing team from day one. Our two-year Junior Consultant programme is centred around learning through project delivery and supported by a week of dedicated training each year, plus elective development options such as coaching and data science skills. You will also be mentored by a senior member of staff, and have regular skills development sessions with your peers.
You will work alongside other consultants and directors on client project work including data collection and analysis, and structured problem solving. As you progress, you will become more involved in the development of personal client relationships and contribute to our business through your entrepreneurial spirit and thought leadership.
We are a small team – every appointment is really important to us. We need to find the right people, who share our intellectual curiosity and passion for solving knotty problems of improving public services.
