Phil Buckley appointed Partner at The PSC

We’re delighted to share that Phil Buckley has been appointed Partner at The PSC.

Phil joined The PSC in 2019 and currently serves as our Digital Director, working across some of the most important challenges facing public services in the UK. Since joining, Phil has played a key role in helping organisations use digital and data more effectively to improve outcomes across government, health and care, and emerging sectors such as space and satellites.

Phil Buckley appointed Partner at The PSC

Reflecting on his time at The PSC, Phil talks about the strength of the organisation’s culture and mission. He highlights a shared belief in making public services brilliant and a culture where “intelligence is matched with that simple, unglamourous, but crucial virtue of genuine hard work” – something that has made him proud to build his career here.

Looking ahead, Phil is excited about the opportunity to make an even greater impact as a Partner. He is particularly looking forward to continuing and expanding work in space and satellites, health and care, and improving the efficiency and sustainability of government, helping public services deliver better outcomes for citizens across the UK.

Phil commented “The main reason I joined was that every time I worked with someone from The PSC, they were always brilliant, friendly, humble and dedicated. I loved it, and I love it to this day. Now as Partner, I hope to achieve even more impact across the public services.”

We’re thrilled to have Phil join the partnership and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll continue to make over the coming years.
