Tom is the Financial Controller at The PSC, where he leads the finance team and works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to drive strong financial performance and support the company’s strategic goals.

An ACA-qualified accountant, Tom trained in audit before moving in-house, gaining a broad understanding of financial reporting, compliance and business performance management. He first worked with The PSC as a contractor before joining the team full-time in 2024, motivated by the opportunity to contribute his skills to The PSC’s mission of making public services brilliant. Tom brings experience in scaling finance functions and optimising processes to support business growth and efficiency.

He particularly values the variety of his role, from providing insight and reporting for the SLT to delivering training for new starters and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys exploring London with his young family, singing in a local choir, and supporting his favourite sports teams, Norwich City and Bath Rugby.
