Emon is a Consultant at The PSC who thrives on solving complex problems and shaping strategies that deliver lasting impact. With experience across healthcare, government, and large private sector organisations, he brings an analytical mindset and a focus on turning evidence into clear, actionable decisions for clients. 

His project experience includes: 

• Supporting digital adoption across 30+ NHS hospital trusts, helping to implement tools that reduced patient waitlists and increased theatre utilisation. 
• Developing an executive-level strategic framework aimed at improving productivity and cost efficiency in the healthcare sector. 
• Managed the transition from incumbent to new technology supplier on a £300 million programme, negotiating exit terms for a smooth handover and ensuring delivery remained on track.

Beyond consulting, Emon provides strategy support to Blue Cabin, a charity that works with care-experienced individuals through creative projects. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, playing the piano, staying active at the gym, and spending time with his partner.
