Reuben Cochrane
Associate Consultant
Reuben combines a background in Economics and Economic history with a growing passion for the practical application of data, digital tools, and AI to improve public services. Since graduating in 2024, he has been particularly interested in how emerging technologies can enhance accountability, adaptability, and responsiveness within the public sector, unlocking solutions that were previously out of reach.
Prior to joining The PSC, Reuben explored a range of research and analytical roles, including writing on global poverty and foreign policy, conducting financial reporting and analysis, and working on data science projects. He brings a curious mind and a systems-thinking approach to every project, always looking for opportunities to challenge assumptions and drive measurable impact.
Outside of work, Reuben can usually be found on a tennis court, planning his next backpacking adventure, or optimistically training for a marathon.
