Ishita brings an analytical, data-driven approach to her project work at The PSC, underpinned by an academic background in politics and international relations.

She values the variety of her role, which allows her to continually develop new skills, and is motivated by a commitment to reforming public services - an ambition shaped by her experiences as a medical student. With experience in the local government sector, Ishita also champions co-production approaches, ensuring that the people who rely on public services are central to how they are designed and delivered.

At The PSC, Ishita has supported various projects from researching and prototyping a new national digital system for high-cost drugs, to analysing the UK’s space workforce and ensuring digital services are fully accessible to all users.

Outside of work, Ishita enjoys playing cricket and travelling.
