Katarina has joined the team in September 2023. As a dedicated HR Advisor, Katarina comes with a wealth of experience in employee relations, talent development, and organizational support. Known for a proactive approach and keen understanding of people dynamics, Katarina plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive workplace. From guiding team members through complex HR processes to implementing key initiatives that enhance our employee experience, Katarina ensures our HR practices are aligned with both company goals and individual growth. Passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive environment, Katarina is a go-to resource for all things HR, helping our team thrive at every level.


Katarina comes with a diverse background of different business support roles and a unique blend of experience and insight to her role as our HR Advisor. Katarina worked as a Customer Support Lead, ensuring seamless client experiences, later provided specialised travel support to crews in a private aviation company and before transitioning to HR, excelled as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant, honing skills in organisation, communication, and team support. Today, Katarina draws on this multifaceted background to offer well-rounded HR guidance, fostering a workplace where both individuals and teams can thrive.
