Sophia combines a passion for lived experience engagement with a rigorous academic background in mathematics and philosophy to drive meaningful service improvement. She is committed to co-production approaches, ensuring that those who use public services remain at the heart of their design and delivery.

During her time at The PSC, Sophia has worked on:

• Quantitative and socio-legal research to assess prevalence and barriers to redress of combined discrimination in the UK.
• Delivering coaching to mental health ward teams and leading on programme evaluation as part of the Culture of Care: Staff Care & Development programme.
• Designing a digital service for the UK Space Agency to aid operators and government users in understanding the impact of fragmentation events.

Outside of work, you’ll find Sophia doing martial arts or watching a musical.
