Saoirse’s background in political science underpins her interest in public services. She has experience in conducting psychologically-informed research with vulnerable groups and is passionate about engaging service users to deliver evidence-based, user-centred reform. She joined The PSC as an Associate Consultant in 2025, but as an intern she supported an integrated care system to embed engagement with autism and learning disability service users within their reforms of those services.

Outside of work, you'll find Saoirse running, lifting weights, or singing in a London choir.
