Elisha combines analytical rigor with a creative approach to solving complex challenges, leveraging innovative methods to improve systems and services. Holding degrees in Public Health and Neuroscience, Elisha brings a data and insight-led lens to her project work at The PSC.

Since joining The PSC, Elisha has contributed to projects across the business units:

• Supported the procurement of a new national digital system for high-cost drugs through user research and economic modelling.
• Helped an NHS Trust to embed value-based healthcare methods into clinical practice to inform decision making and improve service delivery.
• Contributed to the design of a new customer-facing budgeting tool for individuals experiencing financial difficulty.

Outside of working hours, you will find Elisha at spin classes or perusing a farmer's market for unique cooking ingredients.
