Juliana Simoes
Senior Manager
Juliana brings extensive experience across the NHS and life sciences with a strong focus on bridging the gap between organisations to enable more effective strategic planning and delivery in health and care.
A Biochemist by background, with a Master’s in Public Health, Juliana combines scientific insight with a deep understanding of the health and care system. She has held several national roles, most recently at NHS England, where she played a leading role in shaping national strategies for high-impact programmes including the COVID-19 vaccination rollout and the development of Community Diagnostic Centres.
Juliana is now a Senior Manager at The PSC, where she continues to work at the intersection of strategy and delivery, helping organisations navigate complex challenges in health and care.
Outside of work, she’s a keen (if self-proclaimed amateur) volleyball player and is usually planning her next scuba diving adventure.
