
Dr Jessica Solomon
Consultant
With a background in clinical medicine, Jessica brings five years of NHS experience across acute and community settings to The PSC. She is passionate about health equity and public service, working with stakeholders across the system to deliver meaningful change and improve outcomes.
Her recent project experience at The PSC includes:
- Co-developing a long-term equity plan for maternal and neonatal services, bringing together healthcare providers, local authorities, and service users to set priorities and create a phased action plan.
- Developing and securing board approval for an action plan to enhance services for individuals with learning disabilities, aligning clinical leaders, commissioners, and advocacy groups to deliver practical, resource-conscious solutions.
- Leading co-development workshops with clinicians, families, and service users to improve care pathways for neurodiverse individuals, strengthening cross-sector collaboration and accessibility.
- Evaluating discharge processes across multiple healthcare systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and improved patient outcomes.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and practising Pilates.
