Kirushne connects easily with clients and colleagues by having thoughtful, meaningful conversations. She enjoys getting into the depths of a project, understanding experiences, and thinking about creative solutions. With a background in Economics, she also values structured thinking and rigorous analysis.

Since joining The PSC, Kirushne has worked on:

• Conducting research for the Department for Business and Trade to develop a cross-sector Smart Data governance model for the UK economy
• Designing, prototyping, and testing cybersecurity and data protection policy creation tools for the Adult Social Care sector
• Reviewing secure email standards and practices in Adult Social Care to identify gaps and recommend a preferred approach with implementation steps

Outside of the office, you can find Kirushne trying out unique sports or exploring the country for hidden trails and coffee shops to read her books in.
