Hanyi brings a multidisciplinary perspective and analytical lens to her work at The PSC, drawing on her professional experience in the financial industry and policy research and her academic background in economics, economic history and gender studies. She is dedicated to a more liveable society for all by delivering positive impact through public services.

Since joining The PSC, Hanyi has contributed to projects on:

• A comprehensive review of the non-pay expenditure to improve the long-term financial sustainability for a community health care provider
• Rolling out a digital tool to improve communication and system-working across hospital's discharge teams and local authority teams
• Developing a standard operating procedure to better support unpaid carers in hospital discharge
