The role: training, mentorship, growth and impact

We pride ourselves on recruiting exceptional individuals who develop very quickly with us. We provide the training and mentoring you need to get stuck in to client-facing work from day one.

Our new consultant development programme is centred around learning through project delivery and supported by dedicated training each year, plus elective development options such as coaching and data science. You will also be mentored by a senior member of staff, and have regular skills development and knowledge sharing opportunities with your peers.

You will work alongside other consultants and partners on client project work including data collection and analysis, and structured problem solving.  As you progress, you will become more involved in the development of personal client relationships and contribute to our business through your entrepreneurial spirit and thought leadership.

We are a small team – every appointment is really important to us. We need to find the right people, who share our intellectual curiosity and passion for solving knotty problems of improving public services.
