We're thrilled that Peter hosted the first of our partnership series events. Join us as we catch up with him to find out what he learned from the round table, as well as the many other conversations that he’s had with executives across the NHS in recent weeks.
In his role as Chief Executive of the intercollegiate UK Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, Peter works with its membership of over 2,200. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London and a Senior Fellow of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.
In this episode, we discuss the role of communication for enhancing collaboration and building trust across the NHS during COVID, what leadership styles worked (and which didn’t), and how to make sure we maintain some of the positive learnings from COVID moving forwards.
We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with Peter, and we hope you do too.
