Aoife has been at The PSC since late 2021 and takes a positive and logical approach to problem solving. Her background in science means she enjoys getting stuck into the details and exploring different solutions.

Aoife chose to join The PSC as she wants to make public services excellent. Having worked across digital and transformation, Aoife is focused on delivering high quality outputs for clients. Some of her highlights include:

• Delivering a national review of what organisations are doing to support digital inclusion, and highlighting opportunities for future intervention
• Working with a Cancer Alliance to implement Equality Impact Assessments and a new grant-awarding process to help streamline their ways of working
• Supporting the Covid Response Unit to redesign their organisational structure and to set up a new project management office

Outside of work, you can find Aoife running, cycling or in the gym. When she's not exercising, she's probably baking something to bring into the office!
