James is known for his calm problem-solving skills and willingness to work with granular detail, bringing an analytical approach to each project. He also enjoys engaging with clients to understand their needs and building a rapport in the process.

James joined The PSC because of his desire to make public services more accessible for all. Since joining The PSC in late 2022, Experience includes:

• Working on a strategy for a Russell Group university on how it can attract a more diverse postgraduate population for its online courses
• Working on the company's internal sustainability team to ensure our procurement practices are in line with our net zero goals

When not in the office, James can be found running up one of south London's hills or around a cross country course, walking in his beloved Scotland, or taking in some non-league football.
