Eleanor is an enthusiastic and highly motivated member of The PSC, bringing her curiosity and analytical skills to each project she has worked on since joining in late 2021. She is passionate about working closely with clients to understand and solve problems, and improve public services for all.

She has worked across a range of strategic projects ranging from service level improvements to strategies for whole organisations. Some particular highlights have included:

• Leading work facilitation system-level conversations to resolve long-standing disputes, through providing analytical rigour to support productive conversations
• Supporting a Trust through a Strategic Outline Case, from the first initial engagement to moving towards a Pre-Consultation Business Case, with the clients reporting that they felt "very well-led in this process", and that it was "the best we could have imagined it going"

Outside of work, Eleanor works as a volunteer for several youth charities, and loves getting creative, be it through music, writing, or trying out a new recipe!
