A great problem solver and a passionate D&I champion, Shuying has been with The PSC since early 2020. Her friendly and optimistic style makes her a great team member to work with.

Having worked across strategy, transformation and digital, Shuying’s analytical, problem-solving skills and her ability in dealing with uncertainty have enabled her to secure success for her clients and make long-lasting impacts to service users. Her skills shine through her project examples:

• Led the modelling workstream of a Trust Strategic Outline Case development,  providing analytical rigour through activity and finance modelling
• Structured an evaluation framework and conducted the evaluation for a cancer decision support tool, with the lead client commenting “This is such a great evaluation. We’ve learned so much, thank you”
• Led project management and Trust engagement when working with the NHS Transformation Directorate to roll out scanning technologies in acute Trusts across England

Beyond consulting, Shuying is also an ACCA Chartered Accountant. When not at work, you’ll probably find her training for her next half marathon, reading her latest book purchase or going around London theatres for a good play!
