The PSC contributes to upskilling UK civil servants
As part of the Government’s ‘Shaping Our Future Together’ programme, the new contract will see The PSC broaden the courses it currently offers to the Civil Service
The PSC is delighted to continue to support the UK Civil Service as a member of the consortium of learning specialists led by KPMG. We join other industry leaders to deliver outstanding training and help the UK Civil Service build the people capability it needs for the future.

The ‘Shaping Our Future Together’ programme sees the newly formed Government Skills and Curriculum Unit unite all training, skills and learning and development activities into a coherent campus.
This new contract will enable The PSC to build on its current offering for building the capability of civil servants and the wider public sector. We will broaden our current introductory problem structuring course aimed at policy professionals, adding courses with more advanced skills in delivering fast effective projects. These are suitable for people in policy, strategy and project delivery roles across public services.
The overall programme comprises a comprehensive curriculum and a range of off the shelf products alongside bespoke learning interventions and coaching. We’re delighted to be working with the Civil Service and with KPMG to help upskill thousands of civil servants across the country.
